MALCOLM GLADWELL DROPPING PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE

Malcolm Gladwell, author of the hit book 'The Tipping Point' gives an incredibly interesting and informative talk on the grouping of people when it comes to the manufacture and retail of various food products such as tomato sauce and coffee. Gladwell explains that when it comes to pasta sauce, people can be broken down in to three main groups: regular tomato, spicy and extra chunky! He also talks about coffee and explains that most people really like weak, sweet coffee but on a survey they're more likely to say they like a 'warm, hearty roast!'
